The white kidney bean extract is used for weight loss management. Blocks the absorption of some of the starch you eat - bread, pasta, rice, grains, cereals. It blocks the action of an enzyme called alpha amalyase. This is the enzyme that breaks down starchy foods into glucose molecules so they can be absorbed. That means then that some undigested starch will pass into your colon. And you dont absorb the calories from that food.
